Following an accident you are entitled to be compensated for: -

| Head injury causing epilepsy | £30000 to £80000 |
| Paraplegia/quadriplegia | £80,000 to £175000 |
| Whiplash (minor) | £1000 to £4250 |
| Whiplash (moderate) | £4250 to £13750 |
| Whiplash (severe) | £13750 to £85000 |
| Broken wrist | £2000 to £33000 |
| Broken leg | £5000 to £74000 |
| Fractured index finger | £5000 to £6500 |
| Severe toe injuries | £7500 to £10500 |
